Our History

KG was founded in 2010 as an alternative to the Big Four, providing not only SAP tax advisory but also implementing proposed solutions in SAP as an end-to-end solution.

In its early years, KG focused on advising multinational businesses on how to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their Indirect Tax Function and Tax Control Framework. The firm placed a strong emphasis on the tax implications of financial transformations, shared service center migrations, and post-merger integrations. Simultaneously, KG offered IT Audit and Data Analytics services, which included designing and evaluating statistical samples as well as analyzing data for internal and external controls or tax audits. The firm also assisted organizations in managing IT risk and strengthening their internal controls.

KG has expanded its operations internationally, establishing teams in countries such as India, the Netherlands, Malaysia, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, and Turkey. This expansion leverages extensive experience in indirect tax and IT auditing, combined with in-depth knowledge of SAP. The company has restructured and rebranded itself as 'KGT Global Applications ('KGT'),' highlighting its status as an international firm that offers global SAP solutions.
