Project Milestone Achieved: Successful Implementation of Belgium E-Invoicing Add-On in SAP
KGT is proud to announce the successful completion of a key project milestone: the implementation of the SAP add-on for Belgium e-invoicing at a leading international logistics company. The project was delivered in just three months and covers both inbound and outbound invoices.
Although mandatory B2B e-invoicing in Belgium will only come into effect on 1 January 2026, our client chose to move ahead early. By doing so, they will use the next three months as a pilot phase to test processes, validate integrations, and align with customer expectations — including specific requests to receive invoices via Peppol.
This proactive step not only ensures readiness for the upcoming mandate, but also demonstrates how organizations can turn compliance requirements into opportunities.
